Wonderchef - Forza Cast Iron Pan Kadhai Dosa Tawa

On * Jun, I placed an order for ** Forza cast iron products, **Pan, **Kadhai & ** Dosa tawa. Received the items on **Jun and before using I rinsed the utensils, wiped with cloth but to my surprise it started leaving rust and rusting marks stayed. Complaint registered on **Jun but till date no solution.
Despite numerous complaints to Customer care & NRC team no one has visited my house for collection, replacement or refund.
It is cheating, fraud and a case of poor after sales, customer service. Never expected such a pathetic service from such a popular brand and promoted by Sanjeev Kapoor. I would appreciate if concerned team can take immediate action and process my refund.
