Parmjeet Singh Manota filed complaint against Taj India Resorts on Nov 10, 2020
They offered us a membership of *years for hotel booking last month. At the time of subscribing we were told that bookings will be provided in * to * star properties in any place all over India. When emailed them to book for a slot in current Month we were told no rooms were available And then they dont reply to emails.
Later I asked them to refund coz as we had not used their services and they are not satisfactory. They refused that.
The marketing team tells you something completely different to what is written in the contract.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
