Lazypay - Foreclosure of Loan taken and EMI payment

I need details of foreclosure of XPRESS CASH LOAN taken via LazyPay app, also the first installment was paid on time but it is showing Late, I even have proof for that. I have been trying to reach out to them providing both details and proof via mail but there was no reply from the company. Please help me solve this as soon as possible
