i have placed order on **th January. Order no OD******************. My order is not yet delivered
I have spoken to people at all levels to resolve my problem. Bur invain . Finally i was THREATENED to cancel my order, since logistics team raised a problem. I was suggested to cancel my order and re-order. The funny thing is, the same seller is ready to ship the same item to same pincode.
If I reorder, logistics team have no problems!!!!!!! But this time i have to pay extra amount as the price of the item has increased.
When I apply my basic logic, I understood that these guys didinot want to ship the item , neither I will be cancelling the order.
This is a small amount. But I want to use my basic rights to know why these guys are behaving like this.
I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
