Yesterday out of nowhere all my channels have been cut off by Rishta in the name of TRAI rules whereas Trai on **th February said that they have extended the date to comply by **st March. Also, the current validity of my pack was till **rd March. Couldn't connect to the customer care yesterday. Almost *hrs was on waiting list. Today morning a while back I connected and lashed them so I was supposed to get a call back from the senior of their customer care team. I received the call but she was very arrogant and said in ** mins we will be put back on to the previous pack. Its been an hour no signs yet. Again received a call from the customer care where he argued that Trai has said to update on its own. Such stupidity and clearly they are fooling people. I came to know that my money also has been debited and they claim that I did the changes from website/app whereas I came to know about the app yesterday itself and it is so bad that I could not understand as it is not all user-friendly. So I left it and didn't do anything changes. From today morning I can't even access the app it shows server error. Just imagine the amount of money they are going to loot from people.
