Respected Sir/ Madam
I got my number ported from jio to airtel on **th March ( mobile number **********)
Today I received a message after clicking the link it said if I want to convert the number to postpaid, please fill the form and then our customer care will contact you, for confirmation.
But to my surprise, as soon as I filled the form, they converted my number to postpaid, because of which I lost my *** recharge, on my number. Who in his right mind would like to waste his/her money just like that.
May I please request you to cancel my postpaid registration, as my consent was not asked for the same and issue my earlier prepaid status and recharge amount.
