I placed an order at PVR prashant vihar for a popcorn, soft drink and brownie, the attendant asked me to make it a combo to which I agreed. He then asked me to get back to my seat and he will get the order delivered there only. When i received the order, they had added * microwave popcorn which i never ordered. When i asked them to return it, he said pvr has mandated it with the combo and can not be returned. I need to file a complaint against it and get my refund
