I have been offered a neo credit card by the bank which is lifetime free card of the bank. I have applied for the same. But now I received Vistara credit card which cost me **** rs charges from my account. I have done complaint for the same in the customer care. My request number is ********. But after ** days no action has been taken. Pls help me to get rid of this card n unjustified charges.
