For Swiggy Order ************, food packet is being broken by Delivery partner, Amit Bag.

Please note that this kind of delivery partner misdemeanor is unacceptable.

Please refund completely and urgently as we are yours Swiggy One user as unhygienic and unsafe food cannot be accepted.

Also Restaurant is charging for food packaging but food packets are not locked and non-existant

On an average *-* Swiggy orders are taken by a lady who is a Swiggy One user also.

But food of Swiggy Order ************ cannot be accepted as delivery partner is a total fraud, harassing ladies whenever placing orders through Swiggy and broke the food packaging and till ** mins had been harassing since a lady had placed the order who also is a Swiggy One user also.

Please help us by ensuring the same from your Swiggy end so that the message is driven to the Swiggy personnels operating at ground level as there should be zero tolerance towards this.

Please refund completely and the delivery partners should not break open the food packets as on doing so there is a serious health and hygiene issue tantamount to cyber crime.

To be honest whenever a lady places order on Swiggy there is lot of unnecessary harassment.
