Order was cancelled by Swiggy. Refund has not been credited. Swiggy is fraudulently claiming that refund has been completed. I have confirmed with my bank. Refund has not been received by the bank. Swiggy is also not giving me a transaction ID for the refund that they have processed.

Re-process the refund or give me a transaction ID for the refund processed by Swiggy. Not providing a translation ID while claiming that the refund has been processed is consumer fraud.
