Swiggy Bundl Technologies Pvt Ltd - Refund not credited No transaction ID provided

Order was cancelled by Swiggy. Refund has not been credited. Swiggy is fraudulently claiming that refund has been completed. I have confirmed with my bank. Refund has not been received by the bank. Swiggy is also not giving me a transaction ID for the refund that they have processed.
