Swiggy Bundl Technologies Pvt Ltd - Partial Order delivered

I ordered a combo from Burger King via Swiggy App, Combo order was for Burger, Fries and Coke but to me, it was delivered only Burger and Fries.
Upon multiple follow swiggy team mentioned they won't pay me back and completely denied to refund only for Coke as well.
For this as well, I had to reach to them via multiple platforms such X, emails, their own App and Instagram.
They have given troublesome in past orders as well. This time they are saying they will give feedback to Burger King but what about the money I paid??
Earlier I denied for refund, but now I'm asking for refund and want to process account closure because of multiple failures in their services.
