Amazon - For giving false information about Amazon Pay balance

Dear Concern
I had a issue with Amazon company for providing misleading information to me. I had a due of my credit card for which I asked from customer care executive of Amazon that can I use Amazon pay balance to pay my Credit card bill and he said yes, so I add Rs ***** into Amazon pay balance .But when I was doing payment of credit card, I was shocked that they said you can't use Amazon pay balance for this payment. And today **/*/**** was my due date for which I had to borrow money from some one on credit , so that I can pay my due amount. And I am complaining from Sunday for this , but nobody is listening to me, they are saying we would not return your Amount into your bank. I am mentally harassed by Amazon. Please help me.
