Reshma filed complaint against Swiggy on Jun 2, 2024
I have placed an order last night of * fried rice and * noodles. Food was not delivered due to out of stock. But in the app it says food was delivered. I talked to number of executives and only got fed up. I emailed of twice with no response. Who is going to take action. Previous executives confirmed with the delivery person and shop owner that the food was not delivered due to out of stock and promised for refund. But no initiative has been made.
