I ordered food for my dinner at night around *:** pm IST. Delivery executive was unreachable and did not deliver my food. I talked to customer care for changing the delivery executive and providing me food asap, as I was hungry. Then it was too late for food as they were unable to reach the delivery guy and didn't assign any new one as well. So i asked for refund and compensation for giving me such treatment.They cancelled my order in morning next day just giving me refund amount and without giving me any compensation for the my time, energy and mental exhaustion they have given me in this.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
