Swiggy - Food spilled and not giving refund instead giving Coupon

I ordered a special *-Cheese pizza and few more food items from La pinóz pizza yesterday from Swiggy. Due to carelessness in delivery the cheese from the pizza was totally separated and only base was left. The cheese was the main part of that pizza but it was totally spoiled because of carelessness by either restaurant or delivery partner. After i complained in swiggy app and sending an email all I got was a mere Rs** coupon instead of a proper refund. And Rs** coupon code doesn't compensate the amount i ordered. And many restaurants in swiggy always have default Rs***-*** coupon codes all the time and Swiggy doesn't allow to use two coupon codes at same time. Then what's the use of that Rs ** coupon code. And after this inconvenience I'm disabling my account from swiggy so i don't need any coupon as I'll not order from swiggy. So please make sure swiggy gives me proper refund
