VAIBHAV KUMAR filed complaint against Zomato on May 2, 2019
It's my last option to complaint to you. I had ordered a meal (veg thali) from urban kitchen restaurant on Zomato (location = Palwal, Haryana). I had made a mistake after delivery of food I just give * ratings to Zomato on their food app. When I opened the package of food the quantity of food was just *, * spoon curry's in it and quality of food was pathetic that day before it I have tried the same menu from the same restaurant but it wasn't like that.
I had complained Zomato in ** minutes on the same day but they didnt help me. Their virtual bots were replying. I have just wasted my money on Zomato. Even don't get any customer support through them. I feel bad because I ordered food from an expensive restaurant in my location. I want a refund from Zomato.
