Swiggy - Food sent was not sealed

The food sent was not sealed and packing was not good in spite of charging for packing. The papad sent was broken and sweet sent was received smashed with little gravy spilt. I had to throw the order and wait for customer care to end up with no resolution and with all pain. I had to go out for lunch at *.**, such as the damage Swiggy is causing. Kindly raise your voice against Swiggy now and eliminate it, as we have given them enough chances. Apps like Uber eats, Zomato is much better in service. Let's start a campaign together to eliminate Swiggy because Swiggy has destroyed my peace. They are not following the basic mandatory requirement of sending the food sealed with Swiggy tag in spite of charging for packing and delivery.
