Haldiram - Food quality

Today i went to your outlet at signature global mall at vaishali, i have ordered one special veg thali,rawa masala dosa and single butter naan.
The food quality was so poor that we have to leave the food half eaten.
Rawa dosa was not fully cooked,even butter naan was thick to eat.
The overall experience was so pathetic that i wont recommend this outlet to anyone.
