Ayush Kumar filed complaint against Swiggy on Apr 12, 2019
I ordered one half plate matar panner and one veg biryani online from Swiggy's restaurant Partner Comfort Rasoi. There were errors with the following: -The Matar Panner was very less in the quantity that was just half of half. The food was hot, the taste was sour and the matar was raw also. The Veg Biryani quantity was somewhat good but the quality was worse. The rice used in veg biryani was of worse quality. It was also smelling like half rotten. When I tried to contact customer care nobody helped me out. They do not agree to refund it and take their food back. So here I am in the problem because of this tonight. The customer care guy is just giving ** Rs as a coupon code, but what I lost is Rs. **. And also I don't need a coupon code and straightly need the worth of my money. These guys were unable to help and cheated. Also, this kind of selling foods is against the laws of FSSAI. So Swiggy's Restuarant Partner must be fined and Swiggy also. Hope you consider my concern and stop these guys as its harming the health and money of so many people.
