I have ordered Food from Swiggy on May **th, ****. There was dead insect in the food. I immediately inform Swiggy about that and they just refund the amount. Next day my sister was hit by severe food poisoning and is currently admitted in the hospital.
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
