The food I ordered Sunday night had a big black fly floating in the chutney. I chose to have the other item that looked fine. Turns out right after eating the food it gave me severe stomach ache ,growling and vomiting and caused me severe diarrhea. I called and complained. They refunded my source account with *** bucks. The order was ***. Didn't refund me the delivery charges. Next * days I could not go to work had to pay for my medication but all swiggy did was apologise. I want to escalate this matter.
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
