Zomato - Food partially delivered

On **st May ****, I ordered a Jumbo pack Chicken biriyani and some curries. Only some curry were delivered and biriyani was missing. Curries went waste . Customer support / chat support was not helpful. However, after couple of days they added INR *** credits to my Zomato wallet and not to bank account. They only refunded cost of Biriyani and did not refund the cost of rest of the order that was eventually of no use. I had spent INR *,***.** using net banking from my savings account and expected a full refund to my bank account. In spite of repeated email they have not provided a meaningful response/help. Email attached. Also, would like to add when the biriyani was missing and I raised a complaint, customer support first called me and said it we be delivered in some time and I waited again but eventually it was never delivered. Kindly assist so I can get full refund to my bank account.
