I ordered fast food for my guest through Swiggy website, they confirmed my order and approx time of delivery was ** mins. Also, payment was deducted from my account but after ** mins a call comes from Swiggy customer care (+************). They asked me to cancel the order as they cannot deliver the same. They forced me to cancel the order from my side but I told them to deliver my order or compensate me with two times the deducted value and after that, they auto cancelled my order. I want a strict action to be taken so that these online wesites could not harass the common people like us.
