Unable to speak to any support and when called the delivery boy, he was arrogant and upfront told me that the order is ready but he is still waiting for the *nd order which was not mine and said he does not care if the food is cold and doesn't matter if I raise a complaint.
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
