I've ordered food from swiggy * veg burgers around *:** am , but it's started raining after ** minutes order got delayed, when the time it reaches near me, it shows food as been delivered but the delivery guy didn't called me, I've tried to call him immediately but he is not answering my call, I've raised an request in swiggy but they are not helpful, they have started saying me plz write a mail.
Many thanks for your proactive approach and prompt action. This has accelerated and helped in resolving my issue.
