Ordered stationery items worth Rs ***-/ on **th April ** and paid online. While ordering by mistake I selected my old address which is **-**km away from my current address. So I connected customer care and asked for help. I told to provide the credit note so that I can reorder. They refused for refund and cancelled the order and charged ***-/ as cancellation fee. When I have not received the product then why I should pay for it. Swiggy should charge some cancellation fee and refund the total amount. I wrote several emails but they are responding the same thing no refund policy.

Many thanks for your proactive approach and prompt action. This has accelerated and helped in resolving my issue.
