I am writing to request a refund for my order (ID: ***************) from SFC Soya Chaap (Shalimar Bagh) that I placed through your platform on * February ****.
Unfortunately, I received an incomplete and partially consumed order, which was disappointing. I have attached an image and the bill for your reference.

It's been * days since I mailed you, and I haven't received any response or resolution. Your grievance mechanism is extremely poor, and I'm extremely dissatisfied with the service.
