I have placed an order at *:** pm IST with order Id:#***********. It showed up ** mins and tracking wasn't working at all, adding to it Swiggy chat support or any of customer care numbers were not even connecting. I had to wait up to * hr :** mins to understand that my order was cancelled.
This is the services Swiggy is providing??- No tracking, No support lines working and nobody bothered to give a call back to customer if its a issue on restaurant/swiggy side??
Swiggy have wasted my dinner time and spoiled the mood.
I will not recommend swiggy to anyone
