I ordered food from behrou biryani and waited for delivery. At *.** pm it was suppoe to be delivered.. i chked the status and it says it was till beikg prepared so i contacted zomato chat support, the chst support tried to reach behrouz but coul not and asked me to keep aitinf for food. I waited for long and the i mysef contacted behrouz and landed mysef with thei customr care. They told m tht someome wil csll frm the store. After aout ** min i got a call from behroiz lingampalli store and the person informed that they had a fire in the restaursnt hence they are not able to complete the order bd they will cancel it. I said ok.********** is the number from whicj i got th call. The i contacted chat support to refund and i placed food order with diff restaurant which got delivered. After having my dinner when i contscted the chst support for refund again what i see is thst they have marked the staus of my previous order whicj i mde with behrouz as delivered snd they refused to refund. I want my refund and i want them to pay some amount for not understsnding th customer concern amd eventually telling th customer a lier. They not once tried to probe with their team instead they were adamant that the food has been delivered. Please help
