I ordered food from Swiggy and received a message that order was delivered which was never received by me. I checked with the customer support and they told me that they had a word with the delivery agent and it will be delivered within ** minutes and it was incorrectly marked as delivered. I waited for another ** minutes and contacted the customer service again and they told me that they are not able to contact the delivery agent and the order will be cancelled. I waited for more than ** minutes and Swiggy customer service is so irresponsible that they didn't even bother to inform me on their own.

Many thanks for your proactive approach and prompt action. This has accelerated and helped in resolving my issue.
