Zomato - Food not Delivered

I am currently unhappy with the zomato service. I want to state the following thing which happened to me:

I ordered from zomato, eagerly waiting for the order. Recieved a call from zomato delivery boy and came to know that he is at Durga Matha temple which is arround ** minutes from my house. I told him the direction to my house and also i went in the same direction, thinking he might not be able to find the house. I went upto durga matha temple by walk but didnt find him and so came back. Meantime tried calling him but didnt able to connect to him. I returned back home, then after sometime i recieved the call from zomato wallet, and was told that he is at MGN nivas, the next building to my apartment. I said to be there, i will come and collect my order. He said he is cancelling the order as he is not able to find the aparyment. He cancelled the order and to my surprise cancellation charge was levied on my order. When asked from zomato customer support, they told me that as food was prepared so cancellation charge is levied. That i am okay with, but why the zomato delivery boy cancelled after coming next to my building.

So, request you all to please bycott Zomato and start quiting order from zomato.
