I have placed order at *:** am from zomata from GM foods phase * mohali which was about to deliver in ** mins I took follow at ********** this no about order mentioned in instructions to call me if any issue to faced to find location, took follow-up myself again when it's about * mins to deliver food so that let me confirm if not able to find my location I must help out delivery boy but he said he will deliver in ** mins same reply from zomato chat support too. But these people are really harassing sended location even on WhatsApp to ********** to help him out.. now even was feeling weak because of hunger tried to call him but his no was not reachable now zomato replied sorry for inconvenience that even they are not able to contact them.... Great ans to person who is starving badly Nd credited *** zomato credits to my account after * hours of harassment.... Wtf y they are showing even availability if they can't provide service only to harass customer in critical situation... Faced these kind of issues many times of late deliveries Nd of that they are not able to locate address now I can't tolerate this time need action regarding them asap.
