I have ordered the food from zomato at about *PM and waited till about *. I was expecting a call from zomato but they have not called me to deliver the food.
When I called the driver back he said the order has been cancelled. He said he called me but I didn't picked up the call...But I have not received any call from their end.
I was highly hungry I was waiting for my food but they have not delivered. I feel this is a loss to my time and energy and my health.
Please take action so they don't repeat these type of stuff with anyone.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
