I ordered meal with no ********** in evening on **.**.**** and it showed order picked by the zomato agent but later showed order cancelled. When i enquired the restaurant it told that the zomato agent has taken the order and later rejected the same. All this was reported to zomato but there customer service is as pathetic as there agents. Need somr serious intervention and strict action against them.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
