Domino's India - Food not delivered

I am writing to express my extreme disappointment and frustration regarding my food order placed yesterday night at around **:** PM.Despite placing the order well in advance, the food was not delivered even until *:** AM. I waited for nearly two and a half hours expecting the order to arrive. During this entire time, no one from your team had the courtesy to contact me and inform me about any delay or delivery issue.
I repeatedly tried calling the delivery person, but my calls were not attended. I also attempted to contact the outlet within ** minutes of placing the order, but no one answered the calls initially.
Finally, at around *:** AM, when the outlet answered, I was informed that they could not deliver the order due to lack of manpower.
This was extremely irresponsible and unacceptable. If the outlet was unable to fulfill the order, I should have been informed immediately instead of being made to wait in the middle of the night for hours. After a long and tiring day, I ordered food expecting basic service, but instead I was left waiting helpless and ultimately had to sleep without eating.
This incident caused significant frustration, mental stress, and inconvenience. What makes this worse is that this is not the first time there has been a delay from your side. However, this particular incident was extreme and completely unacceptable.
I expect an explanation for this poor handling of the order and appropriate compensation for:
• The excessive delay and waste of my time
• Failure to communicate properly
• The inconvenience and distress caused by your service failure
I hope you will take this complaint seriously and ensure such incidents do not happen again.
