This is not the first time this happened with Swiggy but the third time. The delivery executives claim the order is delivered but it is not. To top of that they are rude. I do not need that as a customer. The service agents do not seem to respond on chat or calls and there is never a manager available to talk to when I as for one. Paying customers deserve to be treated much better than this. Order No. is *********** and ***********.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
