I placed an order with Swiggy in Hyderabad around *:** pm, Order #***********. The restaurant accepted the order but about ** mins later, I received a call from one of Swiggy's delivery executives saying that the concerned restaurant is over-flowing with orders given which they can't process my order and that I should cancel it. This is ** mins after the order was placed. So I called the customer care and had them cancel my order and initiate a refund.
Then I placed another order #*********** with a different restaurant. *.* hours later, the swiggy app says that they are still looking for a delivery executive to be assigned. I tried calling the support group but I can't reach them. Then I initiated a chat on the swiggy app to register a complaint but they've had me waiting since the last ** mins now and none of the customer support people have been assigned to the chat.
Half an hour later, this order was cancelled too. Swiggy's service is pathetic and I'm looking for redressal of the time that I had to waste waiting for my order and my money.
