I placed an order on swiggy but the order doesn't confirm. So I talked to a customer support agent he assured me that my order is confirmed and delivery should be made in within **-** minutes. I have confirmed again by saying I will lose other main restaurants options so please confirm he said don't worry your order is confirmed by both delivery partner and restaurant. So I sit back and relaxed after ** minutes when other main restaurants got closed. The delivery agent called me and said my order got cancelled because the restaurant is closed right now. I want to know how swiggy confirmed my order and assured me to sit back and relax because of all this I felt so insulted in front of my guests for whom I have ordered food even after all this when I complain to swiggy they guys are even not accepting their mistake its really very unprofessional behaviour. I am attaching the screenshot of confirmation made by swiggy. Fortunately, after some time swiggy also cleared conversation but luckily I have taken the screenshot before.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
