I ordered food from Swiggy at **.**pm and after * hours when there was no change in the status of my ordered, I contacted customer care. First the customer service agent told that the restraunt might be closed, then they said they don’t have delivery agent . After checking again They told that the restaurant has not yet started
preparing the food and they can’t deliver it on time. At the end after so much of hassle I had to cancel my order at **.**am.
This is highly disappointing and frustrating to chase and follow up for my order.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
