Zomato - Food not delivered

My order is not delivered and money is not redunded. Right after the stipulated time of ETA , i reached out customer service they informed me that my order is declined by delivery guy as my phone is mot reachable .. i didnt get a message or call. I reached them right aftrr ** mins i got a message from zomato that my food is on the way . How can any one cancel my order within * min and not refunding my momey pr not willing to re attempt delivery . Customer service was not at all supportive and are not sticking to they words . Initially they confirmed that my cashback will credit in ** hrs and after this they are telling no coupon code is applied on this order . Even when i asked them whether i can go to the oitlet and pick my order as they are not delivering , their response is no . When i reached the outlet, they reported that they didnt receive my food back and they had assigned it to delivery guy . I doubt taht delivery guy might ate mu food and causing this issue . Wasted my time , energy , money and food
