Swiggy - Food not Delivered

Respected Sir,

Sub :- (I want to complain to Swiggy Delivery partner not delivered my food on time my order no is (#************) as on **/**/**** and the timing is **:** p.m. but till night not get my food).

I would like to tell you that I was order food from Swiggy my order no is (#************) as on **/**/**** and the timing is **:** p.m. from Pappu restaurant (Golmuri), to my Office and the office address is b block Anand nagar, near cable company gate, Golmuri and the Swiggy Delivery partner name is Ajay Ghosh phone no (**********).

I am paid amount through upi, after ** min I am just call to delivery boy and I am just asking that in what time you come and the delivery boy abusing languages and rough told to me that in your phone the timing is seen go and see don’t ask to me then he cut my phone, and then he switched off his phone.

After that I am calling to Swiggy Costumer care (**********) and I am tell all the matter but he/she not do anything and just tell that cancel your order. After ** min again I am calling to Swiggy Costumer care (**********), again he/she tell me that to cancel my order and the payment is done by *-* working days, I tried so many times to the Costumer care of swiggy but no action would been taken from Swiggy Costumer care, After * hours the Swiggy Costumer care Executive (**********) contact me and request me to cancel my order, but i tell that i want meal, I don’t want to cancel my order. I have a prove of my bank statement, Call recording and SS of Map Timing and Order number.
