I am writing to bring to your attention an issue with my recent order ([Order Number: ***************).
The parcel was scheduled for delivery on * December ****,but I have not received it yet.When I called the delivery person to clarify, he responded rudely, saying, "Ek pizza ke liye kya itna paresaan hona?" This behavior is highly unprofessional and unacceptable. After this, he stopped receiving my calls altogether, leaving me with no way to resolve the matter directly.
