I placed an order with Swiggy on *rd June **** for delivery at Ahmedabad Railway Station, Train No. *****. The order ID is ***************.
Although the train reached the station on time, the delivery agent assigned by Swiggy was completely unreachable — their number remained switched off. I immediately raised the issue via the Swiggy app, where the customer care agent kept asking me to wait. By the time the train was ready to depart, no food was delivered, and the support closed the chat without resolution.
Later, I raised another complaint, and Swiggy arranged a callback from a person who spoke only Gujarati and disconnected the call midway. To my shock, Swiggy marked the order as delivered, which is false and misleading.
Due to this, I had to run around the station in distress to find food during a short halt, while your support kept delaying and then abandoned the issue.
Relief Sought:
A full refund for the undelivered order
An official apology
Compensation for mental harassment, inconvenience, and false delivery marking
Strict internal action against the responsible delivery executive and poor customer support handling
