I have ordered through swiggy on */*/**. The app displayed that order is being delivered. Despite the fact that the delivery girl didn't visit our office. While inquiring through helpline it was conveyed to us that it was delivered to watchman and office was closed but actually, it is her duty to deliver at my place and not to the watchman. Secondly, I have all the evidence that our office was open at that point in time. The third lies from her were that my phone was not on but I can give assurance regarding the same that my mobile was available to receive calls all the time. Though the amount was refunded to me after so much drudgery with the support team it caused so much inconvenience to us and also it was ordered for the purpose of guest 's lunch.
Please do something about it and I want compensation for it otherwise I will take this issue to court and sue swiggy for it.
