Kumaraguru filed complaint against Zomato on Aug 1, 2019
I ordered food from ZOMATO on ** JULY**** and waited for around * hours but the order didn't come.
Then finally the order status got changed to delivered but I didn't receive the order.
When I checked with customer care, they said the order is on the way and I'll be getting it soon. I waited but then again they did not deliver but said that the shop ovenstory pizza did not take the order as they were closed. Then they said I'll be getting the refund which I have not got it till date despite followup, every time I ask them they say I'll get it in *-* days or **-** hours but so far I haven't got the refund.

Many thanks for your proactive approach and prompt action. This has accelerated and helped in resolving my issue.
