Simha Srivatsa filed complaint against Swiggy on Aug 24, 2019
I ordered food from swiggy and after half an hour the delivery guy calls me and says that everything fell down. He asked me to reach customer care and marked the order as delivered. I spoke to them and they initially asked me if I wanted them to re-deliver the order. I said yes, so they immediately said the item is no longer available in the restaurant so please take a refund. I knew the item not available stuff was a lie but since refund isn't bad I said yes. They said its done and will be refunded in *-* days. I didn't get it within that time. I asked again a few times and they said I will get it today itself, it didn't happen. I don't think I am going to get this refund. I have been cheated by these people.

My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
