I ordered food from Swiggy on *th June, **** in Ahmedabad. At around *.** p.m. the delivery guy called me and told me that he met with an accident and the food is spilled. I informed the Swiggy help and was chatting with Karthik. I have the chat history on my phone. He said that he will refund the money and also that he will give Rs.***/- worth of coupon as token of apology. This was at *.** p.m. on *th June, ****. I agreed and closed the chat. On **th I noticed that the refund was not done & I tried to find out and they said that no refund is processed. I went back to *th June **** chat history and found that he wanted to know whether I WANTED THE REFUND IN THE IN SWIGGY WALLET WHICH WOULD BE IMMEDIATE OR TO THE SOURCE ACCOUNT WHICH WILL TAKE * TO * DAYS. Since I was not on chat he closed the chat. Now no one is processing my refund.
