Ravulapati Nava Mohana Rakesh filed complaint against Zomato food delivery on Sep 18, 2019
I was ordered food on **-**-**** in zomato and amount paid by using credit card. Zomato order id is **********.Order not delivered and amount also not refunded. Zomato delivery boy called me on my mobile and he told that reached my location and went out from my house and search for delivery boy but he didn't found. I called him and asked where he was? He told the location which was *kms before my location due to his zomato app was showing location which he was stayed. I request him to come my location and deliver my food and refused and cancelled my order. I tried to contact customer care many times but i was failed due to zomato not having customer care no. I was contact zomato through twitter and they replied me that they will refund my amount with in *-* days. But ** days completed amount not refunded yet
