I ordered food on swiggy and the order was confirmed. The order wasn’t delivered but was marked as delivered. I called swiggy support they said they will look after the issue. They said they were unable to contact the delivery executive so I asked to arrange food for me as it was already night and all the restaurants were closed but instead they offered me a coupon of *** rupees. As I had to sleep hungry I demanded a compensation of * times the order amount as it was their mistake. I didn’t get any compensation so I texted them again so they said orders after ** hours don't get any compensation but the actual thing is I asked for compensation within ** hours.
Later that night around * am they called me saying they couldn’t reach me.
My question is when they couldn’t reach me how was the order marked delivered?
I neither got the compensation nor the money I paid for the food. And I really suffered a lot that night. I was starving.
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
