Mohit Sagwan filed complaint against Swiggy on May 12, 2019
I have ordered food from Swiggy that has never been delivered. I called customer care multiple times and they did not provide any solution or my money returned. They asked me to call the restaurant directly because they can’t track the order from Dominos. Is it a good way to provide the service if Customer is paying to Swiggy then they should have to call the restaurant.
No help provided at all. Even my money is not returned. Please help.
